A bit about the role

We have an exciting opportunity within the Avaloq Marketing & Communications team. Join us to help create engaging experiences, and work with our international team of diverse, driven and highly skilled financial and technology marketers who are focused on supporting our clients, prospects, partners and industry to understand Avaloq’s complex, market-leading and innovative products.

Key tasks:

  • Take ownership of the corporate website, define and prioritise its backlog, roadmap and projects
  • Oversee the website development, maintenance, performance and UX optimization
  • Manage website budget, online tools, liaise with external agencies, troubleshoot issues
  • Report on website performance and analytics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, oversee web change requests, set up and manage pages and content updates with support of the digital channel manager
  • Ensure the website is compliant with relevant regulations, accessible and secure, with the support of data protection, legal & compliance and cyber security teams

A bit about you

What you need:

  • Strong evidenceable track record of website management, CMS platforms and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B lead generation, SEO, content marketing and conversion journeys
  • Proactive self-manager who can manage and deliver web projects, measure success, has an understanding of agile principles and is familiar with ticket story writing and Jira kanban workflows
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEO tools, design prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe products) and an in-depth technical understanding of website security, hosting, digital advertising processes (Google, LinkedIn), automation (HubSpot), CRM
  • A solid understanding and proactive attitude towards web security, accessibility and data protection including topics like GDPR and further upcoming regulations

It would be a real bonus if you have:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, API’s, Google Bigquery and server-side tracking
  • Professional experience in finance and/or tech industry
  • Bachelor degree In a marketing related discipline
  • German language skills are an advantage
