A bit about the role

Your key tasks

  • Support in maintenance of Employee Personnel Files
    • Ensure that employee documents are deleted/removed according to Avaloq Global Retention Policy
    • Ensure pre-employment documents are maintained/stored in Personnel Sharepoint Folder.
    • Uploading pertinent documents in employee E-dossier in SAP
  • Support in Onboarding Activities
    • Support in monitoring pre-employment requirements for New Joiners
    • Sending of Onboarding Invite to new Joiners (sending of Calendar Invites only. Onboarding Agenda and Welcome Email)
  • Support in Offboarding Activities
    • Schedule and confirm Exit interviews with Leaver employee/s (sending calendar invites only)
  • Assist with Government Statutory reporting or any related report (as needed)
    • Prepare Philhealth ER-2 enrolment
  • Participate in HR Operations Meetings (Bi Weekly, TRILA etc)
    • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and process improvement initiatives
  • Others
    • Support in creation of regular reports and presentations as needed
    • Assist HR Department to perform all other duties as assigned

A bit about you

  • Currently taking up Behavioral Sciences related course (i.e., Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organization Development etc.)
  • Willingness to work in an Agile environment – we need someone with an appetite for building.
  • Must have creative flair and strong visual sense
  • Proficient in the MS Office Applications (i.e., Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Passionate to learn one or various facets of Human Resources Management Specially Talent Acquisition
  • Must have keen eye for details, and with good communication skills
  • Can start immediately
  • Duration should be at least 300 hours+ or 3 months+
