Your team

In this role you will be a key part of our effort to power the digital transformation of the financial services industry. As a market leader, we are driven by bringing transformational change to the financial services industry. Our BPaaS-Banking Operations teams offer standardized ​and automated provisioning of security back office services to our global clients. With Avaloq’s state-of-the-art banking software and smart reliable processes, we aim to provide efficient value add services in a constantly changing banking environment.

You will be part of one of our Banking Operations teams, which consists of multiple highly qualified Banking Specialists. As part of a fast-growing company, flexibility and satisfactory performance are very important. We ensure this as a team together with all our colleagues.

Your key tasks:

As part of one of our Banking Operation teams, you monitor, plan and execute daily operations in line with the Service Level Agreements (SLA) defined with our clients from the financial industry.

You:

  • become an expert in a dedicated service area / team within a full scope securities back office
  • communicate solution-oriented with clients and internal stakeholders
  • support the team improving the functionalities of Avaloq’s core banking platform and the related operational processes to increase efficiency and decrease operational risks
  • contribute to the team in the testing of new functionalities of Avaloq software releases

A bit about you

What you need

  • Bachelor´s degree in business administration, finance or economics and/or training as a professional banker or comparable qualification
  • At least two years professional experience
  • Knowledge and working experience in Banking Operations, especially in a securities back office
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English (both verbal and written)

It would be a real bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking System
  • Knowledge of additional languages, for example Italian or French
