Dein Team
Globales Team an drei verschiedenen Standorten: Deutschland (Berlin, Düsseldorf), Schweiz (Zürich, Bioggio) und Singapur, welches für die Abwicklung von Erträgniszahlungen / Fälligkeiten und Hauptversammlungen (Anschreiben, Weisungen und Buchungen) verantwortlich ist.
Deine Aufgaben
Überwachung, Planung und Ausführung der täglich mit Erträgen/Fälligkeiten und Hauptversammlungen erforderlichen Tätigkeiten, die gemäß der mit den Kunden vereinbarten Service Level Agreements zu erbringen sind.
Die Hauptaufgaben werden sein:
- Unterstützung des Teams beim Aufsetzen und überwachen der Events inklusive etwaiger Weisungsfristen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Kundenanschreiben für Fälligkeiten und Hauptversammlungen
- Weisungserteilung bei den Lagerstellen/Anmeldestellen
- Buchung von Erträgen und Fälligkeiten unter Berücksichtigung der Abgeltungs- und ausländischer Quellensteuern
- Klärung von Differenzen (Geld und Wertpapiere)
- Anfragen von/an Lagerstellen und Banken
- Unterstützung des Teams bei der Verbesserung der Funktionalitäten des Avaloq Kernbankensystems und die damit verbundenen operativen Prozesse, um die Effizienz zu steigern und die operativen Risiken zu verringern
- Unterstützung des Teams bei Projekten und Testen neuer Funktionalitäten bzw. regelmäßiger Releases

Das bringst Du mit
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Volle Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft
- Gute Teamfähigkeit und positive Einstellung
- Analytische Denkweise und Affinität zu Zahlen
- Fähigkeit, sich selbstständig in einem sehr anspruchsvollen, schnelllebigen und komplexen Umfeld zu bewegen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Extrapunkte gibt es für
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Back-Office einer Bank von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen
