A bit about the role

The Project Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing client implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, particularly in software implementation, and will be adept at communicating with clients and internal teams.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for a portfolio of projects in Region Europe (mainly DE, UK, BE)
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Allocate and manage internal and external resources to meet project demands.
  • Ensure team members have the necessary tools and information to perform their tasks.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to London and Switzerland.

A bit about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software implementation
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client-facing projects
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills
  • Experienced with ERP Systems ideally SAP as well as Power BI reporting
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
  • Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent German and English language skills
