The Standard module enables the creation of client reports and documents with pre-defined content, such as transaction advices and portfolio statements, published in multiple output formats. Additionally, it includes complete document production processes such as sorting, aggregation and dispatch to systems within the Avaloq Ecosystem.

Functionality: Customer correspondence and documents

• Production of standard documents like advices and transactional statements with pre-defined documents included in CCM Starter Kit. All documents are available for screen preview, local and central print, archive, e-banking and email
• Support for multitude of traditional output formats such as PDF, AFP, PS, TIFF as well as advanced digital channels feeding client communication into DocSafe, Avaloq’s Front Platform. The Suite also supports richly formatted emails
• Optional review/validation of output jobs before dispatching to channels
• Compliance of document related banking regulations, such as mandatory inclusion of content/disclaimers, fact sheets, or other collateral
• Easy-to-use functionality to re-use document components such as legal texts, header and footers with a clear separation of layout and content
• Business teams can independently create and maintain document templates without IT dependency
