Sales Manager
A bit about the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our regional team in Tokyo, Japan. This hunter role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and a good understanding of the Japan private wealth management market. As part of the regional team and responsible for the market development in Japan, you will drive growth, manage clients and prospects, and contribute to our organization's success in the Japanese market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategics sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Japanese market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Speer the Sales opportunity in Coordination with various stakeholders (e.g. NEC teams, implementation service, solution consultant, and partners)
- Contribute to product development by channeling market feedback to relevant teams
A bit about you
- 8+ years of proven sales management experience, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry in the Japanese market
- Good understanding of Japan private wealth management sectors. Familiarity with financial technology products and solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in Japanese, Proficiency in English or Mandarin
- Knowledge of Japanese business culture is highly advantageous
