Software Architect - Microsoft Power Platform
A bit about the role
We are a global team located in Switzerland and Manila and we are dedicated to building first-class software solutions for our corporate business colleagues, supporting them in executing business processes.
Our aim is to simplify, digitize, and automate processes as much as possible.
We are looking for a Senior Developer with extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, development, testing, and deployment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead projects from conception to production, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Your key tasks
- Define and design software architecture for solutions using Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Lead the implementation of Power Platform solutions, ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Develop, test, and deploy applications to production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and updates, and integrate them into solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
A bit about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Proven experience in defining software architecture using Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Power Platform development tools and languages (e.g., Power Fx, JavaScript, C#).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600).
- Experience with Azure services and integrations.
- Knowledge of data modeling and database design
- Experience with MS Dynamics CRM 365
