The seasoned manager is taking over from Mathias Schütz who is leaving Avaloq after a 20-year affiliation in various leadership functions.
Georges Roten joined Avaloq in June 2021 to ensure a smooth handover from Mathias Schütz who is leaving the company as per mid-October to pursue new endeavours. Georges Roten spent 12 years at Bank Sarasin as Head IT. Before and after this engagement he was a Senior Advisor at various international consultancy firms.

Georges Roten is taking on his new position as Regional Head for Switzerland and Liechtenstein as the leading company for core banking software is expanding its range of products to include innovative stand-alone platforms for banks and wealth managers.
