We have an exciting opportunity within the Avaloq Marketing & Communications team. Join us and work with our international team of diverse, driven and highly skilled financial and technology marketers who are focused on supporting our clients, prospects, partners and industry to understand Avaloq’s complex, market leading and innovative solutions.
We are seeking a proactive and organized Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks that support our marketing initiatives, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be eager to tackle various responsibilities while focusing on enhancing our digital marketing efforts.
Your key tasks
- Manage event email communications overseeing requests, prioritizing projects, collaborating with stakeholders and setting up emails
- Implement and manage LinkedIn campaigns to drive awareness, conversions and increase ROI
- Support with project management and publishing tasks for our website and digital tools
- Manage relationship with our Google Ads agency
- Report on the performance of marketing and communication activities with capability to filter valuable information
A bit about you
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a marketing or communications role
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Operational knowledge of HubSpot and/or other email marketing, CRM and CMS tools
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across social media platforms and search engine marketing
- Proactive self-manager who can manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and deliver on time and budget
- Exceptional English communications skills
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related discipline
- Professional experience in the finance and/or tech industry
- Experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to use Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar tools
