Cloud Infrastructure Architect
A bit about the role
The Cloud Infrastructure Architect will sketch cloud infrastructure solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role involves responding to Requests for Information (RfIs) and Requests for Proposals (RfPs), as well as delivering high-impact presentations to C-Level executives, showcasing the value and benefits of Avaloq banking solutions running on OCI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design OCI Solutions: Architect scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions on OCI.
- RfI and RfP Management: Lead the preparation and submission of RfIs and RfPs, ensuring comprehensive and competitive responses.
- C-Level Presentations: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to C-Level executives, articulating the value and benefits of OCI solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest OCI features and best practices to continuously enhance cloud infrastructure solutions.
Nice to have - Oracle Cloud Architect Certification or relevant cloud certifications.
The position includes potential travel, up to 25%, for client meetings and professional engagements.
A bit about you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud architecture.
- Proven track record in managing RfIs and RfPs.
- Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-Level executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
- Cloud Architecture: Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles and OCI services.
- Technical Writing: Ability to create detailed and persuasive RfI and RfP responses.
- Presentation Skills: Proficiency in developing and delivering compelling presentations.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
