System Administrator
A bit about the role
The Corporate IT Workplace Service Team is dedicated to ensuring the optimal performance of day-to-day operations within the Corporate Workplace and its surrounding infrastructure. Our goal is to create a productive environment for our colleagues and stakeholders, enabling them to concentrate on their work while we manage all their IT needs.
As System Administrator, your key tasks are:
- Deliver and manage workplace services, collaborating with subject matter experts
- Serve as L2/L3 escalation expert for User Support across various channels
- Administer cloud platforms e.g. Azure AVD
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Document systems, processes, and procedures to keep IT knowledge base current
- Complete tasks and projects on time, within budget, while adapting to new challenges
A bit about you
- Over 3 years of experience in system administration
- General knowledge of Microsoft technologies to understand the full environment and think beyond boundaries
- Strong expertise in Windows server and Windows client administration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge and experience in Citrix environment
- Proficient in SCCM administration
- Knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
