Business Process Analyst
A bit about the role
Avaloq is looking for an experienced business process analyst to design, document and roll-out all Infrastructure Services processes.
You will be part of a small team that is creating the base set of processes to run the infrastructure of Avaloq on the cloud.
This person will perform analysis and design of infrastructure services processes within a predefined target operating model framework. In addition, s/he will support the design of the ticketing tool workflows, templates, and controls with the ticketing engineers to implement and automate (where advantageous) the processes and their integration points with other divisions.
Your key tasks
- run workshops with process stakeholders to design the processes
- define, agree and document RACIs
- ensure alignment of the process to the Key Controls
- document processes in Adonis
- roll-out processes in the organization
- support the translation of the processes into the ticketing tool where appropriate
A bit about you
- Have good knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
- Have experience in business process designs and facilitation
- Showcase good analytical and evaluating skills
- Ability to work at all levels of the organization
- Good level of English is a must
It would be a real bonus if you have (max. 3 bullet points)
- Familiarity with eTOM is a plus
- Familiarity with workflow tool design is a plus
- Familiarity with Adonis is a plus
- Familiarity with infrastructure support processes is a plus
- Italian is a plus
- German is a plus
